During the COVID-19 pandemic, we face various forms of lockdown to prevent the spread of the disease. Regular physical activity is extremely important for maintaining psychophysical health and therefore should always be encouraged in these limited possibilities. Only 2 weeks of physical inactivity can reverse the beneficial metabolic effects that regular physical activity has on the organism.
In these circumstances, outdoor activity is always better. For the reason above, the seniors of Sport for all, who will later participate in our HEPA pilot program haven’t stopped being active… Because they’re thinking about their health!
